Bloomfield Hills Brother Rice beats Indianapolis (Ind.) Cathedral 15-8 in high school boys lacrosse action on Friday, April 13, 2018

   Thirteen-time defending Michigan High School Athletic Association Division 1 champion Bloomfield Hills Brother Rice pounded Indianapolis (Ind.) Cathedral 15-8 on Friday, April 13, at Detroit Country Day’s indoor practice facility.

   The Warriors led the Indiana powerhouse 9-4 at halftime.

   Sophomore Pat O’Hara scored six goals to lead Brother Rice. Junior Justin Glod, sophomore Jordan Hyde, and junior Jacob Hannawa each scored two goals. Junior Mike Cosgrove, senior Cullen Zarek, and junior Charlie Comer added goals.

   Senior Jack Michael and junior Dom Dadabbo shared the victory in goal for the Warriors.

   Brother Rice faces another Indiana power, Culver Academy, today at 3 p.m. at Country Day. Rice travels to Warren De La Salle on Monday, April 16.
