Berkley rallied to edge Rochester Adams 31-27 in Oakland Activities Association Blue Division girls basketball action on Friday, Jan. 3, at Berkley.
Down 27-26 with less than two minutes remaining in the game, Berkley senior Veah Green scored four points to put Berkley ahead 30-27. Avery Weingarden added a free throw in the final seconds. Green finished with seven points.
Adams led 5-2 after one quarter and 12-11 at halftime.
Junior Raegan Jerrell led Adams with 11 points.
Adams (4-3/1-1) travels to face Troy (0-5) on Monday, Jan. 6.
Berkley (6-1/2-0) travels to face Saginaw Heritage (6-1) on Tuesday, Jan. 7.
