   The Arts & Technology Academy of Pontiac downed Charter School Conference Gold Division girls basketball rival Detroit Community 51-37 on Tuesday, Jan. 14, at Arts & Technology.

  Arts & Technology led 13-9 after one quarter and extended the lead to 28-12 at halftime.

   Sophomore Janvair Lee led Arts & Technology with 19 points. Senior Arielle Dudle scored 18 points. Senior Lanaiya Cartlidge added nine points in the victory.

   Arts & Technology (4-2/3-2) travels to face conference foe Mt. Clemens (2-7/2-5) and Community (2-6/2-5) travels to face conference foe Melvindale Academy for Business & Technology (0-5/0-5) on Friday, Jan. 17.
