Michigan high school hockey: Romeo beat Utica-Fraser Unified on Tuesday, Jan. 7, 2025

  Romeo tipped Utica-Fraser Unified 4-3 in Macomb Area Conference Red Division boys hockey action on Tuesday, Jan. 7, at Suburban Ice in Macomb.

   Cormac Young scored the game-winner for Romeo with 7:18 left in the game to break a 3-3 tie.

   Joey LaPorte, Noah Sarrach, and Chase Leverell also scored for Romeo.

   AJ Gorgievski scored two goals for Utica-Fraser. Niko Lajb added a goal.

   Romeo (10-5-1) hosts Warren De La Salle Collegiate (6-5-0) on Monday, Jan. 20.

   Utica-Fraser (6-9-0) travels to face North Oakland (3-10-0) on Thursday, Jan. 9.
